“I had an issue with the hinge. With basic information and pictures they replaced my unit. I also purchased another plus the Grinder. I feel comfortable with them.”

“I called Cloudious9 for product information and Dominick was very helpful. I decided to order direct from them. The first order did not ship because of a Shipping software issue. I called back and Dominick was very helpful in getting a re-order. Overall, I'm very pleased with their Customer Service.”

“Cloudious 9 is, potentially, a very good product but there was a serious problem with water leaking because the glass cylinder and seal arrived damaged. A new glass and seal are being sent or so I’ve been told. I am attempting to wait patiently.”
