“Since purchasing my Hydrology9 I have been in contact with Amanda in customer service and I want to express my gratitude for all the help she has provided to make my vaping experience the best ever. The Hydrology9 has replaced my Arizer Solo and V Tower as my all time favorite and most used vaporizer ever. Thanks for sending me extra seals for the unit..it is leak free..even inverted when loading the ceramic chamber. I think that other companies could learn a lot from your service model..it is wonderful!”

“Very good experience! My grinder was broken when I opened it. I think it may have happened during shipping. I contacted cloudious9 and they shipped a new one the very next day. The water vape is amazing!”

“Great customer service & great product! I used a friend's and really loved it. Bought mine and convinced another friend to get one. I sometimes wish a small ping would happen when they were ready and my batteries didn't feel like they were lasting long, but I'm getting a new big vape battery. I used my friend's and that one lasted longer so I think this new battery I'm gonna get will solve that for me.”
