“Design and color are awesome. Love the magnetic features. Wanted to give 5 stars but the light feature doesn't work and there is no locking mechanism so I rigged one to keep it closed.”

“While I believe this product will be amazing I can’t honestly say that it is… seeing as how I haven’t received the product yet and based on shipping I have no idea where it is… so for the time being I will have to leave this review… it’s not your fault the postal system just sucks.”

“The shipping was a little longer than expected, and i didn't get an update of where the package was until the day before it's supposed to arrive. Although the estimated arrival time was 3 days ago. Not sure if that's the sellers fault or UPS. I've also received way too much spam mail since my purchase. Item still hasn't arrived so I can't answer the rest of the questions below.”

“I order it but I haven’t seen it yet if and when it comes in I will let you know.it seem that Ordering from the states it’s not like it used to be used to get it couple days after you order it now if and when it comes in you pay your money and then you wait you can wait forever because once you guys got your money it’s like you don’t care if we get our product”

“Atomic 9 - not sure it's worth the money. It's small and discreet. Easy to use once you get the clicks down to start. My biggest disappointment was the sesh time. I get about 5 hits and it's done. Battery life could be much longer. For using alone at home it's decent. Especially at the price point. Yes, it's fine for individual use at home.”

“The site itself is great. It’s easy to find things and get information on all your products . The product itself I’m not that happy with. I bought the new vaporizer and I just don’t love it like I thought I would. The shovel to help scoop stuff in is terrible and loose and doesn’t work very well. The power button is in a terrible spot and hard to press quickly to turn on. 1-5 scale on this piece I give it a 2”

“First off, I have to say your product is amazing. My wife used it the same day it arrived for her post covid medical needs and it made a world of difference for her. The problem is we are not financially stable to make this purchase, I wanted to split the charges on 2 difference cards but I could not. And I would have appreciated it if the "forthosewhoserve" discount could have been added, since the extra $30 off would help since my wife is loosing her job and will be a 100% disabled ex police officer.”

“While the small design and simple controls are nice, the battery life of the Atomic9 is bad. It takes a long time to fully charge, and dies after 4 uses. This is has been the case since the vaporizer was taken out of its packaging. This is a good starter vape, but I will likely upgrading to a better vape in the near future, as I need something that better fits my needs.”

“the new design is interesting but awkward, at least compared to the last one. I like that there's a dial to twist for changing the heat setting, as clicking the button was a little confusing for both power and heat settings. The burn chamber for flowers is too small now. it would also be nice to be able to simply turn it upside down to help remove the used up flower, but that requires either removing the whole silicone sleeve or emptying the water first (which seems a pity after only a few draws from the small chamber). the magnetic power adapter seems silly since it doesn't always seat right and it's just as easy to remove the usb-c plug. on the other hand i do think the usb-c cable wore out too quickly on the previous model, so perhaps this is an improvement, would be nice to have a more powerful magnetic connection there. All in all it's still a great idea to be able to vape and water cool at the same time.”

“Finally opened my hydrology9 NX last night to tinker around. The first thing I noticed while reading the instructions is that my flower atomizer is not the same as what was illustrated or instructed in the guide. Instead of a nice magnetic top, it had something of a screw-on top which I didn't like. I don't know if I got some old stock or a redesigned flower atomizer but I wasn't impressed. Also, my hydrology9 does not change colors when adjusting the temperature so it's always a guessing game. I feel like the product has so much potential, but I also feel like I got some thrown-together device with mismatching attachments.”

“First of all I jump through hoops to get some extra funds together to buy this and it would’ve been nice to know that the flower cartridge was on back order I understand your new company and you’re trying to make stuff work but I was so excited when it came in the mail and now I’m just sitting here staring at it waiting for the flower cartridge still excited to use it but bummer when it came should throw in a T-shirt or some thing thank you best of luck with your company your product looks rocking I’ll let you know”

“The service, delivery and ordering process were great and well communicated throughout the order to delivery and beyond. I wish the Tectonic grinder was I bit better thought out. The vibration is loud and a bit much. I would not buy it again. Would love to test a V2 if it’s in the works. You guys are on the right track. Could be way better though.”

“The Good, Bad and Ugly. Good: Tastiest herb vape I've owned, bar none. Cool and smooth hits. No massive clouds but no chump either. The bubbler actually works - well! The unit is solid and impeccably built. Feels like a tank. Magnetic lid and glass bong-style mouthpiece beats typical straws and whips by a mile. Bad: I don't care about chamber size but I do care about how finicky this thing is to load and empty. You have to pop the chamber out every time. Invariably some grind gets down into the silicone pathway while loading and then you're farting around with a magnet that keeps flipping while you suss out the strays before they migrate up into the bubbler. In short, if it were a love interest, we'd describe it as "high maintenance". The Ugly: The charging system had to be spawned in the pit of Hell. "Nice idea" I thought when reading the description before pressing Add To Cart. Hmmm. This thing is possessed. The NX is sitting there glowing a happy green - all charged and ready to please. Not so fast. Accidentally knock the charger off and put it back - what's this? It's flashing red. Give it a while and it's green again. Get to your destination and light it up - flashing whites. Hfmph! Plug it in and 5 minutes later, solid green. Works like a champ for 5 or 6 sessions. Running at red temp. Turn unit off. Next session it's at a different temp.”
