“I received my order but upon trying it on The black dye from the jumpsuit Transferred onto my hands and body I emailed the customer care And I have to say Erin was very helpful She did give my 2/3 options to see what suited me best . Very helpful she was I deducted 1 star as this company can’t offer exchange . So the jumpsuit I ordered is no longer available to buy But disappointed with that . But that’s not the customer services fault Erin was 10/10”

“I had an issue with setting up my premium delivery and had to pay for full delivery on my order but Julie was every so helpful and solved this the following day and refunded me my delivery fee, also explaining what happened. Great company”

“I had received parcels for an event I was due to go to however in the intervening period my husband required to go for urgent spinal surgery in a hospital 3 hours away. I had been travelling back and forth and had not even had a moment to look at any deliveries which arrived and when I did so today I was notified i could not return the items as it was past the 14 day notice. I contacted Customer Services and explained my position to request consideration be given to the return period on this one occasion. Julie, who assisted me, was very professional, polite and understanding. She was able to help me process my return and even waived the return fee as a gesture of goodwill. Will definitely use Club L London again and would like to thank Julie for helping me with this matter.”

“Recently I ordered dress size 10, I found out it was a big one for me , I re-ordered size 8, it came in couple days and I got my refund very fast. I saw bad comments and decided to leave my . Coz I had a good experience, and very good quality of the dress . I bought Pixi Mustard Floral print.”

“I really wanted this company to prove to me that their clothes would be amazing and that the negative reviews were wrong, but sadly I was not impressed. I bought this white blazer dress with the bow tie on Klarna as I saw bad reviews about refunds etc and wanted to be protected in case it were bad. The shipping was very prompt, I cannot complain about that. I ordered in the evening and the next day it had been dispatched, then the day after I received the item. At first glance in the bag I thought it was going to be good - it was folded well, it didn't look cheap, but it wasn't until I tried the dress on that the material did not fit well and I don't think it would on anyone. The material felt very flimsy to start with, the bow was too heavy for the fabric belt so it just drooped, the belt only had one popper on the back and it was far too big, and then the collar did not cover your boobs at all! You would have needed a vest t-shirt or something to hide but that wouldn't look nice and for £120, I expect a blazer dress to fit like a glove. You're literally paying Karen Millen prices for Shein quality so my recommendation is to just use Shein because they are very good clothes for a very good price, and even if they're a one and done job, you don't mind because the price is cheap! Honestly Club L London, I've had tea towels that have been better quality than your dress. I even sized down in case it came up big and it was still out of shape. I wanted to write this review in case anyone else finds themselves in the same position as me. By all means give them a go, but make sure you use Clearpay or Klarna so you have extra buyer protection!”
