I received my order but upon trying it on The black dye from the jumpsuit Transferred onto my hands and body I emailed the customer care And I have to say Erin was very helpful She did give my 2/3 options to see what suited me best . Very helpful she was I deducted 1 star as this company can’t offer exchange . So the jumpsuit I ordered is no longer available to buy But disappointed with that . But that’s not the customer services fault Erin was 10/10

I had an issue with setting up my premium delivery and had to pay for full delivery on my order but Julie was every so helpful and solved this the following day and refunded me my delivery fee, also explaining what happened. Great company

I had received parcels for an event I was due to go to however in the intervening period my husband required to go for urgent spinal surgery in a hospital 3 hours away. I had been travelling back and forth and had not even had a moment to look at any deliveries which arrived and when I did so today I was notified i could not return the items as it was past the 14 day notice. I contacted Customer Services and explained my position to request consideration be given to the return period on this one occasion. Julie, who assisted me, was very professional, polite and understanding. She was able to help me process my return and even waived the return fee as a gesture of goodwill. Will definitely use Club L London again and would like to thank Julie for helping me with this matter.
