I had issues with an ordering not arriving on time. I spoke to Julie and she was so helpful. She refunded my original delivery payment and then gave me a discount code as well as free delivery for my next order so I could have it in time!

I had an issue with setting up my premium delivery and had to pay for full delivery on my order but Julie was every so helpful and solved this the following day and refunded me my delivery fee, also explaining what happened. Great company
