I need a refund.

My item arrived late, I paid express shipping (which guaranteed delivery in 2-4 business days). The item did not arrive on time and I was not provided with a refund. Horrible company, would not recommend and I will never purchase from them again based on my bad experience.

Nice looking clothes but the minute you need a refund is when they will get difficult.

I bought 2 outfits , a dress and a jumpsuit . The material was below average , its like I bought from a very cheap place while the prices are not cheap its like i couldve paid 20 aed from shein instead of 300+ aed dress . I could have bought a higher quality dress with the same budget from a trusted place. And returning the item is very costly from Uae to the Uk . I am not sure if the customer service will be able to do anything about that . Send me a refund please

Problem with return! After requesting return label, which is usually straightforward with other companies ( only takes a few seconds to process) its now 5 days Im still waiting for return label to email back to me!!! And refund policy is two weeks only. Horrible company

The screenshot below will explain it all. ClubLLondon should be embarrassed. By the way, if you have an issue, don't go through their website for customer service, you'll never hear back. The only respond to Instagram DM's. They've asked my to wait intil my item that's 2+ weeks late arrive to return it for a refund. I don't know if or when it'll arrive

I kept checking on the tracking number to see if the package was received from the sender so I could receive a refund for the returned item.

Customer services have NOW responded acknowledging the portal was not working, said it was because my return was out of 14 days, which it wasn't when I first tried to access your portal, and telling me that as u had returned the item "independently" I was not "entitled " to a refund.
