“I very much enjoyed my visit to your little shop before Christmas and I loved the Napkins that I purchased for a present with their beautifully embroidered African animals. They were very well received by my daughter-in-law. A wonderful place to buy presents and indulge myself in the future.”

“As an elderly first-time client, I found it difficult to register for my initial discount and it may be that your order form/payment details need improvement. However, your staff were very friendly and eventually I was charged the correct amount. I intend to use the discount which you are now offering to order the same set of place mats for my daughter's birthday in March, so that she will then have a set of eight. Alastair Neale”
