“5 stars, I don't often give 5 star rating but for CMT I think it is deserved. I have been using CMT for about a year now and have never had a single problem usually ordering by their website, but should I have to speak with anyone on the phone they are always polite and if they cannot find the answer to my question they will get an answer and call me back. Thanks CMT for your customer service”

“Super fast delivery but I sent a message at 4.20pm on 11.7.24 on WhatsApp asking how I go about getting a refund as I ordered the wrong item. Message was read and ignored. Also not easy to find return instructions on website, I gave up looking in the end”

“My delivery was supposed to be here 2 days ago, still not here, spoken with customer support on numerous occasions, last time I spoke with someone it was " out on delivery and will be there before 1pm" still no delivery”
