“I was disappointed that the discount code did not work that was clearly stated on the website for first orders. It took two phone calls to sort it out so not a good experience. After eventual purchasing two boxes I then find the product considerably cheaper from other sources in fact I could have saved over £8 on my order . The moral of the tale don't buy direct from CNP as other stockists sell it cheaper”

“Dissappointed that a large brand organisation such as CNP take 4 days to dispatch an order! After making an order on Monday for over £70 I am shocked to only receive notification of dispatch on the Thursday! 4 days later! Terrible in comparison to other brands and supplement suppliers. If it weren't for my order being dispatched I would be cancelling this. Unlikely to order again.”

“Excellent product and I will keep ordering. Its seems to have got even better :) However, as a note.....the delivery was poor. The box looked like it had been in some sort of war and the delivery driver asked me to complain/mention to you as it made it difficult for him to deliver in a professional way. Just a note Overall........good service and thanks”

“The delivery time was outstanding, I ordered in the evening and by lunchtime the following day it had arrived! I have been a fan of CNP for sometime now and the reduced price for the sale items is too good to miss. It all tasted great! The only criticism is slight, and that is that the protein bars are rather hard to eat... But it is not a supplement for on the bike/run anyway so it isn't too much of a problem. “Part of my order wasn't shipped initially. I contacted them to resolve, and they said the product wasn't in stock. I was offered a replacement product which I accepted.”
