“Website is clean, clear and easy to use. Simple to navigate to desired items and ordering and payment process is very simple. Have used before and will use again, highly recommended.”

“I've given a 3 star rating. I've used cnp before as the gym I used to work in used to stick it and I recommend all the supplements to members of the gym I work in now. So the supplements get 5 stars. I ordered on Sunday and though that by now (Wednesday) my order would have been processed and dispatched. I haven't even had an email with an estimated time for dispatch or delivery. I think improvemts could be made on that side of things.”

“I used CNP products in the build up and during the Invictus Games and believe they helped me win Silver and Bronze in what was the first time I had ever raced!! Pricey but you get what you pay for, definitely feel a difference over other products and easy on the stomach as well!”

“I ordered some CNP recently and the order went through and I was then looking forward to receiveing my goods. I then was sent a refund email and then a few days later this mail to write a review! I asked why I was refunded and didn't receive an answer so thanks for nothing CNP except for wasting my time.”

“Overall things seemed ok until I went to the checkout and was conned into clicking the "like" button by a discount carrot. I then emailed you about this and as yet haven't received a response. So, up until purchasing was fine, customer service has been non-existent and the checkout is misleading.”

“My order was cancelled without any reason or comment or explanation. I emailed "why?", but got no response. I tried calling, but "all the consultants are busy". This looks like a bad joke - why advertise the black Friday/Monday deals so much if nobody expects to fulfil the order?”

“Website is easy to use, products always arrive safely and well packed. Although a little pricey, the products work for me and it's worth paying that little bit extra. To be fair CNP regularly have offers on and I will continue to use them.”
