“My order was marked as dispatched so chased it up a week after and then found out it had not been dispatched, told it was set for next day delivery, still didn't turn up, spoke to another lady who put it for next day dispatch, still didn't arrive, phoned up again and it finally arrived the next day but 2 weeks from ordering!! Great product but does make me question the customer service. Also sent 3 emails which i didn't get a response to any of them!!! Great products though!”

“I brought a selection of goods to try out because I am a sufferer of Ulcerative Colitis and was told that these products were suitable for my condition, they did not disappoint. I have used them on several occasions now including a 100 mile ride from Portsmouth to Brighton and back plus a 40 mile bike ride to the start line of the Gosport Half Marathon which I completed before cycling back home again. My purchase included the breakfast high protein smoothie, the endurance race drink powder, the pro flapjack and endurance recovery bar. These items were very gentle on my stomach and enabled me to complete my events with no major problems. I highly recommend and will be purchasing more in the future.”

“Over a week for next day delivery. I understand Black Fridays caused issues. However, I have attempted to contact them for a refund multiple times using many avenues, I have heard nothing back! I called Wednesday to receive a refund, I was told my package would be with my by yesterday! still nothing. Used CNP for a while, maybe because their products are well known already, they can slack on customer relations.”

“Even with Black Friday and Cybe Monday you would expect your order to at the very least be dispatched by the following Friday (05/12). Dissappointed with the speed of service/dispatch especially coming direct from the supplier. Only thing that was good about the order is the 50% discount which is too good to miss out on.”

“Goods as yet not received. Email sent yesterday stating goods are not in stock and would follow shortly. Offers States on website (10% off first order) not actually available (or website not working correctly). Yet to get product- let's hope it is better than the service. Poor first time customer experience.”

“There seems to be a theme with these recent reviews that reflect my experience: * 4 days after ordering still no e-mail saying when my order will be processed * 10% off first order is not valid if you have anything already discounted in your order * £1 discount for sharing on facebook is not valid if you have anything discounted in your order (they still post to your facebook page despite not giving the discount) * cannot get through on the phone as 'all operators are busy' I hope I get my order soon??”
