“The website is good and clear, the ordering process was very quick and easy. Delivery was prompt but the box my items was in seemed to be considerably bigger than it needed to be, with about 75% of the inside filled with packaging/cushioning. I realise that the products need to be protected but the box size was definitely excessive. thanks Rob”

“First time trying CNP and I absolutely love it! I brought the vanilla swirl and it tastes just like ice cream which is great! Can definitely feel the benefits of this after my workouts or even as a quick breakfast! Unlike other whey powder this leaves you feeling full but not feeling heavy or sluggish! Delivery was super quick and I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a little extra help with lean muscle growth and something that tastes great! :)”

“The packing was very poor and the box very flimsy . The box had split open and the 5kg tub of recovery powder lid had split and there was powder everywhere. luckily not much had spilt out but it was a bit of a mess. I luckily live very close to Hyde and will pick up direct as I normally do in future. Cannot fault the product though.”

“Products taste quite different to the other performance nutrition companies, which makes a nice change if you shop from more than one of these. Flapjacks are tasty and have the added benefit of being low in sugar. Protein bars are much more chewy than the other companies, which makes for a nice change, as well as stopping you from eating them too quickly! Only complaint (hence the 4 stars) was the packaging, which was broken because of a single piece of 'fragile' tape securing the box. No surprise that this broke, which is usually not a big deal, but when you're ordering the 'Informed Sport' products, it's a little disconcerting. Also, please get some good delivery guys. Three people in the house expecting a package, door bell works and yet the delivery guy gave the package to the nearest available neighbour (and I didn't specify this was OK in the delivery instructions). Not good on that front.”
