“Excellent customer service - ordered chocolate as a gift and I made a mistake when selecting products. Emailed customer service to ask if they could switch the products in the order and received a prompt reply to say that they would fix the order. Order was sent promptly and arrived quickly (even allowing for the current postal mayhem!). The person I sent the chocolates to was thrilled and has not stopped telling me how good everything is”

“I had issues with the website accepting the payment for my order. Never happened before and sent to that address more than once. No problem Jamie was on it first thing the next day. He took payment over the phone and my daughter got her fave choccy bars. Always brilliant customer service and the chocolates are amazing”

“I was spoilt for choice but finally made my selection. It arrived very promptly and well packaged. It's for presents so I can't testify to the taste but it certainly looks fabulous and I was very much tempted to try some then buy more! Would definitely order again”

“My recent order from Cocoa Ooze was despatched and received on time as promised. I have to say that I was particularly impressed as the delivery service was upgraded from 48 to 24 hours. This was in consideration of the current postal strike and the fact that we may have have been waiting longer before our order was received. It was much appreciated and I'll be placing another order soon. Thanks everyone at Cocoa Ooze.”

“I’m a fan!. Firstly we had my kid’s 8th birthday party there and it was superb. Next I ordered a selection of chocolate from the website to send to a grieving relative - the communication was excellent, the direct delivery was swift (with a little gift note included) and my relatives loved the alternative gift rather than flowers. Spot on. Thanks”
