I ordered two mats from Cocoandcoir. The one I got was excellent. Having paid for two I was never sent the second one despite e-mail reminders and pleas.
However, they have now sent the second mat, so they care!
In all conscience I cannot recommend you apply for any more than one mat at a time.
Their follow-up service is non-existent.

Nice price for a huge volume of coir, which I mixed with traditional compost for a potting mix. Had very few of the matted chunks that you can get in some coirs - I only found one or two in 75L of coir.
Delivery went smoothly, and was quick despite the postal system being under strain right now.
Altogether a nice service. 👍
