“Bought a pack of beaded straps for my daughter, very poor quality - 2 already broken, 1 of which had only just been put on the phone. Will not be buying again or recommending to anyone!”

“I ordered an ipod case/phone case for my Niece's birthday, the quality however is awful and the customer service rude to say the least. The ipod case doesn't fit together properly and while the design is pretty enough, it is by no means worth the amount paid. The company may have to have a long think about it's future.. I think the only thing I wish I'd done was checked the reviews on here.”

“I wish I'd read the reviews!!! I have bought from them twice before with no problems. My recent purchase was ordered over 10 days ago having been told the case takes "a few days". This was reiterated in their response to me chasing up my purchase. Sounds like this company grew too big, too fast and can't handle it.”

“I bought a beautiful phone case from this company as it looked lovely and good quality. However after only a month, the design started peeling off and now only 2 months after I bought it, the design has completely gone. Such a shame! Awful quality! Avoid!”

“Information on product page is not clear at all. Bought a few items which cost £40 but all that I received was a phone chain, not clear at all. Furthermore when ordering it says next day however that only applies to a few items, so paid for no reason as they couldn’t dispatch my item on time. They need to be more clear on their info.”

“I ordered the Peach NKD case for the iPhone 13 Pro. It arrived within the timescale it said it would and it's nice looking. BUT quite simply, it does not fit my phone properly, therefore it is not fit for purpose. Really disappointing as it's a lovely case!”

“Light pink phone case turned dark grey around 5 weeks after I bought it. The company replied saying the product description mentioned possible decoloration and gave me cleaning tips. I would understand if this took place after 6-8 months. But just over 1? TRASH.”

“Ordered the wrong phone case by accident so sent it back. Had an email saying that they couldn’t exchange it because it was a tough case so I asked for the old phone case back if I brought another which would cover the postage back. Got told that my old one had been destroyed and there was nothing that could be done about and also had my last email ignored! I am disgusted considering the phone cost nearly £20 and have been told I can’t have it back because it has been destroyed!”

“I ordered 2 two phone cases. Put the first one on. Looks and feels great. However the speaker holes at the bottom don’t align so some of the speaker holes are covered by the case. Same goes for the camera holes. Very slightly out of line. Disappointed and won’t be buying again unless they improve the quality of the cases.”

“The silicone watch straps fasten by one press stud. If you have small wrists, it leaves the end of the strap sticking right out. This resulted in everything catching on it and my watch flying off numerous times, including on the London Underground. I took it off to save losing it. I spent £25 to wear the strap once. I replaced it with a 3 pack from Amazon for half the price which have 2 slots so you can tuck in the end. Wish I’d done that to start with as the waste of money is sickening.”

“Ordered a strap and case supposed to be… Ordered a strap and case supposed to be matching but different colours, the case was pretty cheap and buttons rough to press doesn’t feel nice in your hands, asked if I could return or at least exchange but was told no their policy is no return or refunds on the phone case!! Would not recommend this company at all, pay the different and go to Apple at least you’ll have peace of mind the products will be good quality!”
