"Horrible customer service. I ordered an item that clearly was all written in ENGLISH as seen on their website. The invoice they sent me also had pics of the product, in ENGLISH. When we got the product(s) everything was in French, descriptions, instructions, ingredients, etc. When I emailed them, they lied and said it was in French. When I sent them pics of the product, they finally, after several emails, agreed to accept the return at MY EXPENSE of $90 shipping.. They would not budge. I will NEVER order from them again and suggest you do the same."

"Beware Before Purchasing From This Company\r\nReview: I strongly advise against making any purchases from this company due to their irresponsibility and lack of customer support. My experience has been incredibly disappointing.\r\nI ordered two Isdin eye creams, and upon arrival, one was completely dry and unusable. I reached out to their customer service and provided pictures of the defective product as proof. Initially, their response was promising\u2014they agreed to send a replacement as long as I returned the defective item. However, their communication took a sudden and bewildering turn the very next day. They retracted their initial solution, claiming that the product I received wasn't sold by them, therefore refusing to provide any remedy.\r\nThis situation has left me with a worthless product and a feeling of betrayal and frustration. The company's refusal to acknowledge its mistake or offer a resolution is unacceptable. If you value your money and expect reliable customer service, I urge you to consider"

"My Experience with CocoonCenter: A Cautionary Tale for UK Shoppers\r\n\r\nAs a regular online shopper, I've encountered various experiences with different companies. My recent experience with CocoonCenter, however, stands out for all the wrong reasons. Here's my story and a word of caution for fellow UK consumers.\r\n\r\nThe Issue: Returning Items to France\r\n\r\nThe Unexpected Return Journey\r\nI needed to return some items to CocoonCenter, which I initially thought would be straightforward. However, I quickly learned that all returns had to be shipped back to France. This wasn't a deal-breaker for me, so I proceeded, albeit at a steep cost - over \u00a340 for the return shipment.\r\n\r\nThe Unforeseen Rejection\r\nThe real problem surfaced when my return was outright refused upon reaching France. This came as a complete surprise and left me baffled. There was no prior indication from CocoonCenter, customs, or the courier service that this could happen.\r\n\r\nLack of Communication\r\nCocoonCenter: They didn't inform me about any potential issue with returns.\r\nCustoms and Duties: I was in the dark about any customs or duty requirements.\r\nCourier Service: There was no heads-up from them about possible rejection at customs.\r\n\r\nThe Frustration of Being Left in the Dark\r\nI was more than willing to cover any additional customs fees, but the lack of opportunity to do so was disheartening. The absence of clear communication from CocoonCenter or any other involved party made the situation worse.\r\n\r\nMy Advice to UK Shoppers\r\nConsider the Return Policy: Understand that returning items to CocoonCenter means shipping them back to France at your own expense.\r\nBe Aware of Customs Issues: There's a risk that your return might be refused due to customs, and you might not be informed in advance.\r\nPrepare for Potential Costs: The return process can be costly, and there's a chance you might not be reimbursed if things go awry.\r\n\r\nConclusion\r\nWhile CocoonCenter might offer a wide array of products, my experience as a UK customer was far from satisfactory. The lack of transparency and communication regarding international returns was a major drawback. I hope my story helps other UK shoppers make informed decisions when considering CocoonCenter for their online purchases."

"I bought some baby food containers, they were sent to me but, because of the carrier, they arrived after almost 2 weeks, broken, squashed and in a bad state.\r\nI sent Cocooncenter 4 photos to get my money back and then threw it all away: it stank.\r\nNow Cocooncenter refuses to refund my money because they say they should have photographed the packages one by one"

"I received my parcel with a hole punched in the side of the box which had then been taped up. Instead of 8 tubes of shower gel, there were only 4. A rude arrogant customer services rep (Orphelie) wanted me to send photos, which I did, and then she asked for photos again as well as a copy of my driving licence\/passport, and a handwritten note about what had happened! What rot! A handwritten note in this day and age? A copy of my driving licence\/passport! This surely breaches data protection? I contacted my credit card company who will provide a refund for the missing items. When I emailed Orphellie and told her I had referred the matter to my credit card company, she just said \"Thank you for letting us know about this - have a nice day\". I am truly astounded. This is the worst customer services I have ever come across."
