“We wanted to combine our hiring process into one tool: we were using CodeSandbox (for the frontend preview), Google Drive, and CoderPad. Somehow, this handles all of them. I didn't realize how much time we were wasting switching between tools.”

“This has great because we can ask our onsite question in the pre-screen. We got a new onsite question and now we know that all our candidates would have gotten past the old onsite. Makes all the time we spent with CodeSignal on brainteaser questions seem like a waste.”

“As a visually impaired engineer, I find it frustrating that most platforms don't support proper accessibility. This is an exception. Every company should use this and stop putting engineers like me at a disadvantage.”

“It's a good platform, but it has one major limitation it needs to address: one cannot ask iOS questions or Android questions. One can ask Swift and Java questions, but there is no emulator for these questions that can be seen, only headless emulators.”

“It's better than you'd think. The interface has more than CoderPad, but it turned out to be useful for candidates to try stuff out, like, "What does this function do again...let me try this method..."”

“Every few interviews I'll see a candidate who preferes vim and wants to answer the question on their own computer. I'll tell them they can use the terminal and the vim is shared, and they're always amazed. Frankly, I don't know why other platforms can't do this. They all have shared terminals, seems easy for them to make it navigable enough to be an editor.”
