I tried answering the questions myself to see what the platform was like and we're really happy. We haven't seen a better one, and our budget was basically unlimited.

It's a bit counterintuitive for the interviewer that files will open/close without them doing anything. It's probably a good thing that it follows the candidate, tho. It's a screenshare.

I wanted to send out batch assessments to candidates based on responses to our google ads results. The sending interface was OK. The candidate-facing stuff is what's really good.

The drawing tool is very good for us; we tell candidates to answer the question on a high level before solving, and it's increased our pass rate a bunch. Definitely seems like candidates show be studying to do this while practicing for the interview.

I wish there were multiple-choice questions. Other than that, perfect.

The pricing isn't the cheapest. That's my complaint. Has been easy otherwise...

Frankly, I'm pretty surprised to be writing this, but we don't even use the editor. We send candidates a database and ask them to run queries against it to find certain answers. It's 100% in the terminal. Funny thing in 2021.

It has very advanced functionality in the code completion in the code editor, and in the terminal box. I could do my job from it...and definitely grade candidates.

No problems I can think of, we've been using it for a year and we like it.

We wanted a tool that wouldn't interfere with our existing process in greenhouse. It integrated pretty nicely, we don't need to touch the interviewing interface. Ha, funny that the biggest benefit of their interface is you don't need to use it.

The difficulty and timing settings are great. It is very easy to adjust when one question gets too many fails.

I'm not sure why other platforms don't support accessibility. This has by far the best accessibility. The others are so bad we used to have to tell candidates to use their dev setup if they were visually impaired.

The editor is extremely easy to understand, as is the create question (it's the same).

I have mixed feelings about the standalone terminal: it's really nice to let the candidate lay things out like they do in real life. It takes a minute to tell them they can do this, though.

The documentation is stellar. We've been able to find in-depth articles on the website for anything we've needed.

At least for java, the coding interface is very intuitve.

Because of the time constraints and the number of questions, not all candidates finish. It would be nice if there were a box at the end where they can explain what they would have done if they had the time.

It's a very innovative way of interviewing technical ability. It makes me feel the old way was so limited.

We didn't really know what we were looking for, so the builtin questions were super helpful. We're definitely getting way more value than the cost (which isn't small).
