“Best price I could find for the natural square chemex filters. I received good customer service and the parcel arrived the next day. I researched which filters would be best to remove the cholesterol raising chemicals in coffee and chose these; I've been very happy with them and will purchase them again.”

“Quality of coffee is very good and I really like the fact sheet showing where its from etc, I also like the Facebook and Twitter pages. Brew guides would be useful for the various methods”

“Great dealing with this company - has a real personal touch with service. It's an opportunity to be introduced to a variety of different coffees from small holdings. I first discovered the CTC whilst looking for responsibly sourced coffee that had been decaffeinated using "clean" methods and trying a variety of blends has been brilliant!”

“It was good. Package came quite fast. My only concern is that taste profiles can vary in extremes. As much as I like tasting new coffee, I am certain I'm not a big fan of heavily acidic coffee. So landing a bad one leaves me sad for a whole month. I suggest building a profile on what the individual likes, therefore, giving customers new things to try without extreme sadness. To be honest, I canceled because I am leaving uk soon and wanted to try out the service. Good job nonetheless. Thank you.”

“I bought a keep cup because I don't like the plastic taste normal travel mugs have, and because this was glass I thought it would be a better option. It looks really nice and no plastic taste to my coffee. Very pleased!”
