“Coffee Parts has a bad refund policy; it's ok if they send out the wrong part/item. Don't worry. They will fix it immediately. In the same order, I received the wrong Item and sent an email explaining the issue. I asked if I could swap the incorrect item, and no reply received a replacement part for their mistake. Still, mine was not allowed to be replaced as I made the wrong choice when I ordered and should have checked before sending the order. .”

“Excellent Grinder and Great Service (with a minor hiccup) I recently purchased a Timemore 064S grinder from Coffee Parts Australia, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The grinder itself is fantastic – incredibly well-built, precise, and easy to use. It's made a noticeable difference in the quality of my coffee. The product arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly, ensuring it arrived in pristine condition. Coffee Parts Australia's customer service was also excellent. While I did experience a slight snag in placing my order online (they ship to New Zealand, but the website didn't initially allow me to complete the process), the team was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue via email. The extra steps required to complete the order were a minor inconvenience, and their helpfulness quickly resolved any frustration. Overall, despite the initial online ordering hurdle, I highly recommend Coffee Parts Australia. Their excellent customer service, swift delivery, and the top-quality Timemore 064S grinder make them a go-to for my coffee equipment needs. “Coffee Parts are a great place to buy your gear. They have excellent knowlege of coffee machines and parts. The products they sell are always great quality. You can buy with confidence. I recently bought a Timemore Chestnut C3 hand grinder and am very pleased with my purchase and especialy the after sales support as I learned about hand grinding for the first time.”
