“Amazing company to deal with! I bought a Eureka grinder off these guys and it had a technical problem (rather undermining the value of Eureka’s “100% tested” label, but that’s a subject for a different review). I emailed Coffeeteca saying I had a problem and within a couple of hours I got a call from Andrew, the owner of Coffeeteca. After discussing the issue he sent me an instruction video which we hoped might fix the problem. Unfortunately it didn’t, so Andrew contacted the Eureka wholesalers for me to try and find a solution. At their suggestion, I took the grinder into their local office here in Brisbane, and they discovered there was a loose connection on the motherboard. That fixed the problem immediately and I was able to take the grinder home on the same day. Andrew checked in with me personally to make sure the problem had been solved, and was also kind enough to send me a couple of free espresso-related gifts to compensate me for the inconvenience. All this was on top of me buying the grinder at a sale price cheaper than anywhere else. I’d never dealt with Coffeeteca before because I like to support my local dealers - partly because I can get local customer service if I need it. However, the service and attention I got from Coffeeteca was amazing and - in this case - it was not a hassle that they’re based in Melbourne and not my home city. I will definitely be buying from them again and on the basis of my experience I recommend them highly.”
