“Service was amazing, coffee machine ordered on Monday and arrived on Thursday, in plenty of time for a fathersday gift. Best coffee machine I have ever used, produces the best cup of coffee to everyone's liking, every time. I am more than happy with the coffee machine and very impressed by your quality service. “I purchased the Gaggia Cardona Prestige unit for an engagement present for my daughter and she/they absolutely love it. I purchased the cups etc which was bonus surprise and I just yesterday was told by my daughter it is amazing and the coffee is outstanding. Now I want one!”

“First, I'd like to tell exactly how fast my grinder was delivered. I've placed an order on Sunday the13th August, and the grinder turned up in the morning on Tuesday the 15th. I'm located in Adelaide, it took 1.5 days to come, where the guide line says 3-10 days.”

“I had been researching a good coffee machine for approx 6mths & debated the expense. Fabulous end of financial year sale with Coffeeteco (purchased machine & cleaning package), which felt like an impulsive buy but it was an offer I couldn't pass up..and not really in impulse afterall! Machine was delivered within 4 days to regional Victoria. Many thanks to Andrew; exceptional customer service who has arranged delivery of cleaning products that were mistakenly not delivered. Coffeeteca will be my go to for future products. Highly recommended.”
