Ordered and paid for next day delivery only to find out that they don't actually have the item in stock and they can't advise me when my items will arrive.

I waited 7 weeks for a delivery. I contacted the company to find out why it wasnt delivered on time and they replied it was shipped back to their company but they dont know why. I asked why I wasnt informed and why they billed me custom fees but they said they dont know. Terrible service. Never received the item. I cancelled the order.

Avoid buying from them, worst on line company I have bought from. Returned a pair of shoes that were too big and had to constantly chase for refund. First they said they hadn’t received the item even though I provide Royal Mail proof of delivery. Took 2 months and even then I only got the refund after threatening to take them to county court.

I received a delivery date, and my order wasn't delivered on that date. I followed with an email, and I haven't received a response. It has been 2.5 weeks now...No response, no product. Where is my order?

I received this kind of this reply. The reason they cancelled my order because of my delivery Adresse???? I live in Germany with a permanent Adresse yeah...so what’s wrong with my Adresse ????Honestly how could this websites still exist? I even don’t know what to say or argue with their customer service...the most ridiculous shopping experience I have ever met. No logical sense!

I made an order for next day delivery before Christmas, it did not arrive on time so I cancelled it and requested a refund.

Again, it took ages for the refund to come, and when it did it was only for the item, not the delivery – this should have been included because the item was received damaged.

Ive talked with an agent called Mica 3 times before paying the shoes i wanted, I have asked everything about delivery methods, time etc.
