"Worst company I have ever dealt with by far.\r\nI bought Golden Goose trainers from them in August. I contacted them the day the order arrived to let them know one shoe didn\u2019t have the wedge insole, so they are unwearable. I asked for them to send a replacement insole. After a week I contacted them again through their portal and was told to return them (\u20ac15 at my own cost). I got an email confirming they received my return - no refund. Contacted them again, they had to locate it in the warehouse. I posted a review on Trustpilot and got another message to say I returned the shoes in a damaged and used condition. I returned the shoes as they were defective - utter rubbish that I had worn them. Golden Goose Francy come with a pre-distressed look but I couldn\u2019t wear them. They are fraudulently keeping my money, they delivered faulty goods. Consumer Act 2015, have you heard of it, Coggles???? \r\nThe only way to deal with them now is via chargeback and reporting to Action Fraud."

"Do not buy from this company. Their returns process is a shambles and I am still waiting for refund from a parcel retuned on 11th Jan. I have emailed, sent tracking info, had confirmation it was being processed on 30th Jan and would be back in 5 days and still nothing. Disgraceful service. I will post daily until I get my refund to warn others, this should not happen!"

"I ordered an item less than 24hours ago.\r\nSent a message to change it from L to M. Item was not dispatched. They could not help me. Message advised to ask for a refund as item not dispatched. Waited 1 more hour in online Queue to chat. Got through then on new attempt. My account shows that item has not been processed. Over the chat I was informed that it actually is dispatched but on my account it could appear after 24 hour with this update. \r\nDoes not sound credible. \r\nSo I can\u2019t get a refund but I will get to send the item back for free. \r\nI\u2019m reading other reviews and I wish I never ordered this item as it sounds that it may not even arrive and there is no point to send it back as it will probably not be acknowledged."

"Return stuck with them for 4 weeks.\r\nReturned the shoes as the website stated that the were a UK 6 but the delivered shoes were clearly marked as a US 6 and even though the shoes were returned within 48hrs in the exact doubled boxed packaging that was supplied, Coggles are now saying that the goods were returned damaged. Thankfully I paid for next day signed for so at least I had proof of posting and receipt. I can definitely see a pattern with this Company I will never use them again."

I've been back and forth with coggles and all the emails have the same answer: we are checking with our warehouse if they received the item, we will have an answer for you in 48 hours. Well, 48 hours came and went a dozen times over. How can they resell it on their site and still need to hear from their warehouse? I even asked for the item back , but I'm not being serviced in any way. Never had such an experience anywhere."
