“I have been a Cohorted subscriber intermittently for about 3 years now. I think the value and care taken in the selection of products in the box has significantly decreased over the years and I find myself disappointed more often than not. It used to feel like a luxury experience and highly anticipated treat that made my month! With several FULL-Size Luxury products and a curation that felt intentional. Now the products are often sample size and there are usually FREE samples included as one of the items!!! The products seem like they have been randomly grabbed from the dregs of a skincare rejects-bin and it does not feel considered at all. On the plus side, the customer service is very good and I am pleasantly surprised by perhaps every 5th box.”

“Box is fine but customer services leaves a lot to be desired. I applied a gift code when I subscribed but nev3r received any gift with the box and have now emailed 3 times about this and still no response. If it continues like this I will be cancelling. Expected better.”
