“I don't often write reviews but their customer service is truly appalling. Reject your withdrawal for anything else without asking for information and without explanation?! Customer service is non existent - I emailed and asked for information and the poor man said ‘I can’t tell you anything’!! Zero transparency, nothing behind this bit of technology. Ａｙｒ，ＬＰ" has been excellent throughout the whole process of refund. Extremely professional and excellent with communications between company and client. “We need to #cancelcoinsbit, You guys are more than happy to take our coins but refuse to payout withdrawals. Read their reviews before you deposit anything to these scamming thieves.. if you don't believe me, ask Forkbeard the dev for galecoin or the countless other users such as myself, will all have the same if not similar experiences with this shady company. “the deposits to them are always processed swiftly but when it is time to get your money out, they give excuses. I had deposited twice into my account and after I made profits, I wanted to withdraw my money out, but they never approved any requests.
