“The vanity is absolutely beautiful. You definitely get what you pay for. The packaging for the vanity, top and sink was unbelievable....it arrived in perfect condition - and fast!! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know who's remodeling a bathroom. Thank you!”

“Very disappointed after ordering with you many times. We own a construction company and frequently refer you to our customers. However, that will change due to how our last order was handled. The vanity arrived damaged, but because it was 48 hours past the time to inspect (by the way, your inspection window is too tight and needs to be adjusted) you refused to take it back, forced me to buy another one from you, only to have you not only send the wrong size , but the wrong color, wrong design and such to our client. Now we have to help YOU get the wrong vanity back to you and wait while the entire project was held up for you to send the correct vanity. Never again. Now Im stuck with a damaged vanity and Im out almost $900 for the new one and I have an unhappy customer who was dragged through all this! Mary Smoak Kelly Smoak Construction Inc”

“Very disappointed with Vanities Depot and their choice of shipping companies. Do not use this company if you live in the mountains and require a smaller transport vehicle. Ignoring my instructions, the shipper arrived in a 36' bobcat, was unable to deliver, and wanted me to retrieve the item in my pick-up truck. I don’t own a truck. The item was ultimately returned by the shipper (James Martin) to Vanities Depot and I was charged a restocking fee of over $400.”

“Return policy is less than stellar. I bought an expensive vanity online. When making my purchase, I got an offer to buy the matching mirrors. I clicked "yes" without consideration of the size of the mirrors. I simply looked at the photo which had about 3-5 inches separating the twin mirrors. Well, the mirrors shipped a size LARGER than the vanity width and even butted together extended beyond the width of the vanity. Because the mirrors were back ordered, my contractor had to delay the installation of the mirrors to work on another projects. When he became free, he installed and mirrors and discovered the width discrepancy. However, since the return was beyond the 14 days and my contractor could not return when the mirrors did not ship at the same time of the vanity, Vanities Depot charged me for shipping. Had the mirrors shipped on time with the vanity, my contractor and I would have noticed the width disparities and the time of installation of the vanity which was within 48 hours of arriving. However, Vanities Depot did not care to share in this delay.”

“Purchased a back ordered vanity during a pandemic. I should have been tossed out of the vanities depot system but they have worked with me from start to finish. They have answered the phone, heard my questions, worked through problems with me and have just done everything they could to get this vanity to me. So despite manufacturing shutdowns ,slow downs, closures and even lost freight they have been nothing but helpful and honest in their actions. I cannot thank them enough for all their efforts”

“The vanity I order was advertised to be "in stock". Almost immediately after my credit card was charged, I received an email stating my order was "out of stock". Placing my order with your company caused me to miss an opportunity to order the vanity with a company that actually did have the vanity available to ship. To make matters worse, you actually shipped the vanity after I sent a cancellation email. I'm positive the vanity was not out for delivery at that point because you answered my email asking if I was certain I wished to cancel my order. No mention was made the vanity was even in the process of being shipping. Dishonest practices.”

“Vanity built very well, however extremely disappointed in finish. White blobs on front as well as in seams. If box not destroyed taking vanity out, probably would have returned it. Now looking for someone to refinish it.”

“My vanity was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed vanities depot to alert them of the problem and received no response. I just left a message with the same problem 12 days later, and really hoping to get this resolved today. Let's hope they respond.”

“Tried to call and tell Customer service about my vanity that had a crack .Box was not damaged and mirror or sink but something is not lining up with drawers. Hinge broke off of my door when I opened it. Customer service said is was over 48 hours and not interested in me or my problem. This is not the carrier but it looks like in house problem. This looks like someone sent me some one else's problem. Box was not damaged or sink or counter or mirror that was on top. Very poor service. Will write review when all is settled.”

“Understand the delay as its happening all over, but only 2 parts of my 3 part vanity arrived. Now have to wait as they re ordered it. Contractors/plumbers now have to come back a second time to install that section, when it gets here.”

“5 Star - excellent! The vanity arrived - it's beautiful and looks wonderful. We do have to assemble the top and sink which I had hoped would come put together. My only complaint is that there was so much styrofoam. We had to break it to remove it. I will never get it all out of my house. Surely there is a more environmentally friendly option. thanks! Hilary”

“Great countertop and vanity. The only reason it has 4 stars is because the sinks aren't set even with the cupboard doors. I didn't notice it in the picture until we installed it ourselves.”
