“This vanity is beautiful. It exceeds expectations in appearance, construction and value for the money. We've ordered lots of things over the years and this vanity was wrapped and delivered with care and attention to detail like no other. Out contractor was on site and so was able to bring in into the house and unwrap it and he was also quite impressed. Delivery was on time and easy. Vanitydepot.com has our highest recommendation!!!”

“I requested a sample wood color of a James Madison cabinet from two other vendors before learning about you guys. You were most responsive and got me the sample in one day. Your phone pre-sales support was excellent answering our questions. The purchase was very smooth and the cabinet arrived in great shape when promised. You did a great job all around!”

“I purchased 3 vanities from Vanities Depot. I called before ordering and was specifically told that they included a sink "even if the countertop is not purchased." When they were delivered, no sinks included. I called and was told that sinks are never included without a countertop. Very disappointing and the response when I called was unsatisfactory. Poor customer service. 3 stars because the vanities are nice and were well packaged.”

“Our vanity was even more beautiful, than we expected, when it arrived. We couldn’t be happier! We received such great service from representative Miles. He could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable, and he was the reason we chose your company. The only recommendation I would make sure is to check the boxes right away when they arrive . They tell you to do that, but with new construction our contractor didn’t, and there were a few nicks etc. the packaging could have been much better. The Quart makeup piece had a nick in it. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Kathy Brown”

“The vanity arrived on time, with good communication from the company. It was fully assembled and packaged securely. The vanity feels solid (one drawer retraction is slightly sticky, but I’m sure it will smooth out over time). The vanity details are very nice and the wood/stain is solid and consistent. We installed a quartz top with a round sink and classic shiny chrome and porcelain faucets. Lovely! Will be ordering a 2nd for upcoming 2nd bathroom remodel.”

“Actually my experience with Vanity Depot was quite good. The shipper was not good. Due to their clerical error, the vanity went to Texas. Then it came back to Florida but their online tracking stopped updating once it was delivered to Texas. I called several times to find the vanity. It was finally delivered Two weeks after it shipped. Terrible service by R & L Carriers.”

“We love the James Martin vanities. They are well made with high quality woods and we have had a great experience with how they stand up to use. One of our vanities we just purchased came broken and customer service was very responsive to try to help us. We have to wait up to four months for a new drawer but they got us some pieces to make the vanity useable while we wait to get the new drawer for it to be perfect.”
