“The only issue I had was the tracking said the shipment had arrived and in the truck for delivery! No one called so I thought it would be delivered on Monday. Anyway, it arrived Wednesday. All in all, the vanities are still in the garage. Need to order some more, then remodeling will start. BTW, did the vanities come with the wooden backsplash. Thank you so much! Celida Cintron”

“Unfortunately I wasn't able to rate them higher as there was a 3 week delay due to the vanity being sent to the "bill to" address not the "deliver to" address. I caught the error before an attempt was made to deliver the vanity but redirecting the shipment took 3 weeks as there was no urgency by any party except me to resolve the problem. When the vanity finally arrived it was in excellent condition and met my expectations. Vanities Depot ended up refunding the delivery charge, which I greatly appreciated, as it seemed fair. IF the vanity had arrived closer to the due date I would have given a very good rating.”

“We are very pleased with this vanity. Looks as pictured. Good solid construction. We received the vanity within 2 weeks. We were impressed with the packaging when delivered - Foam corners and very secure. I had originally given my contractor dimensions for a taller vanity with drawers on the right side vs left. He was able to adjust the plumbing without difficulty. Soft close drawers. The top drawer opens with 2 compartments that can be removed for cleaning. I am looking forward to years of enjoyment. Thank you.”

“We are very happy with the vanity we purchased for our self built new construction home. The quality is better than I expected, only complaint is the backsplash. We had our countertop company custom make white quartz splashes. Overall very happy with the purchase!”

“We are very happy with our vanity. The piece is heavy, solid, and arrived with no damage. The drawers are smooth and the closing mechanisms work well. We didn't order a top for this unit, so can't comment on that. Our contractor had no problems working with it. It really looks fantastic. The one bit that was unsatisfactory was dealing with the delivery company, which refused to drive down our road to deliver the unit to our house. We've never had that happen with any sort of delivery in the past and were flummoxed. The driver unloaded the vanity from his truck where he was parked about a block away. We had to load the vanity into our own truck on our own and haul it to our house ourselves.”

“We purchased the 60" double vanity - James Martin Bristol cottage white with (optional) summer sand quartz top - for our Master Bath remodel. We were very pleased with the entire process - from order to product. Customer Service was particularly helpful and answered all my questions, of which I had many. They were flexible with delivery dates. They explained the coloring of the summer sand quartz when a photo on the website looked different than I expected. It goes perfectly with our new tile. We chose not to use the wooden back splash that came with the vanity.”

“We received our vanity within weeks of ordering and when we removed from box we instantly seen how well made it was and it was absolutely gorgeous. The color and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We love our vanity and would order again as well as refer to our family and friends.”
