“You guys get a Zero for Customer Service on your website. I sent an email and called and left messages twice about a defect and NO RESPONSE at all. You get a 5 start for James Martin vanities overall quality and design. What can I say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Angry and happy.”

“Continual follow up was needed regarding delivery timing. Despite multiple conversations regarding the importance of calling prior to delivery no call was made and our contractor only learned by accident that item had been delivered. Also delivery information through Estes trucking is not timely or accurate. We have not unpacked vanity yet so I can’t speak to the quality or condition”

“I was very unhappy after trying to cancel an order because it was wrong they delivered it anyway and charge me $355 delivery charge and only refunded $180 on a 500 and small dollar purchase. Very dishonorable”

“After calling and trying to cancel because the top was the wrong top for the bathroom vanity you guys sent it anyway and charged my credit card for the full amount and I never received the marble top for my bathroom vanity it was the wrong one it was supposed to have one hole for the faucet”

“I love the vanity however the sink design makes for the water to pool and my white matt sink has mold like stains around the drain after less than a week of installation. Very disappointing.”

“The vanity is very nice. However we received a cracked sink and the countertop although it was said to be white it had speckled grey in it. Then I had to pay for a returned too that wasn’t white as shown in description. Not a happy camper for $238.00 return for poor quality.”

“I had 2 vanities delivered. 2 James Martin 36” Bristol Cottage. A cabinet hinge and a drawer slide are defective on 1 of the vanities. VD Customer service was not at all helpful in resolving these issues. I bought a replacement cabinet hinge from Amazon.com at my expense. The drawer slide will be harder to find- but due to the lack of concern at both Vanities Depot- and at James Martin Vanities- I will have to resolve this problem on my own. I’m very disappointed.”

“I am extremely happy with my purchase. The vaniety is beautiful and the color Blueis magnificent! However I'm a little upset that the molding on the drawers shower a crack in paint.. they should definitely include touch up kits for color matching..”

“I was prepared to pay for the sample of the finish on the James < Martin vanity I am considering buying, but I was shocked when my credit card statement showed an additional $10 shipping charge karyn F you may reach me at 561 487 3368 I am ready to send back the sample and am rethinking the purchase of the vanity”

“Everyone at Vanities Depot were knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I had lots of questions and Fredrick was incredibly helpful knowledgable and extremely patient with me. I really appreciated his professionalism. There was another person who helped me with getting my delivery on time. They went above and beyond their call of duty. “I am happy with the product, but the delivery was delayed multiple times. This was by the availability of the product and then by the delivery service. Impressed with the product, but I will definitely shop around before I order vanities for the other 2 bathrooms that I plan to remodel later this year.”

“The vanity was beautiful, but the back vertical supports are placed making it difficult for plumbing. The most disappointing part was the instructions for installing the sink and vanity top were vague and inaccurate.”
