“I was told I would get an email and text when vanity shipped, I never did. I only learned when the shipping company called me and wanted to schedule a delivery.”

“We waited 4 months to receive our vanity from Vanities Depot due to supply chain issues. Customer service kept us informed about shipping date changes. Vanity arrived in good condition and as pictured. Sink top arrived several days after the vanity. All in all we are very pleased with the product and with the service we received from the company. CM”

“The vanity is even more beautiful than it appeared in pictures. It is incredibly well made. And as for the shipping…it was shipped from California to Florida and made it here with no damage and on time. Packing the unit with plywood on top and bottom was genius! Great Company!!!”

“I am very very disappointed and frustrated that your company is not helping to solve this problem. We purchased a vanity that is broken and we are requesting to replace and we get a respond that we need to spend time to find a place to donate and then wait to get the receipt and and then send it to you so you can send us the replace? why should we do the work when it was not our fault you send a broken sink? Will never buy from you and will tell everyone not to buy from you.”

“The first of the two cabinets was delivered upon short notice - the customer received a call the day of delivery, rather than a day before as promised. When the second cabinet delivery was late, without contact from Vanities Depot, the manufacturer or the shipper, a phone call to VD and then the shipper revealed that the local trucking company had attempted delivery twice, and was given the incorrect phone number for the delivery notification. There was absolutely effort made to notify the customer of this problem, either by door note or email. The VD order confirmation provides a tracking number and link to follow the status of the shipment “at our store” but that link requires a app download to a mobile device, which then becomes an advertising site that promotes products without shipment tracking capability. A bit of misleading “bait-and-click” on the tracking link there. Vanities Depot needs to tighten up the ship for customer follow-up and tracking capability as well as avoiding misleading information given to customers.”

“We bought 2 vanites from them , a 48” single Bristol vanity in the Vanilla color for the Guest Bathroom remodel and a 72” Double Bristol Vanity in white washed Walnut for the Master Bathroom remodel. Both are well built, strong, dovetail joinery for the drawers. Soft close drawers and cabinets. We bought them with the Solid Surface counter tops and sinks. Spendy but worth it”

“BAD SERVICE!!! Still being billed for cancelled order!!! We initially purchased a $2600 James Martin vanity in January 2022. Then we were informed there would be a several month delay and were offered a discount. After agreeing, we were charged the full amount BEFORE it shipped. When we cancelled the order, Vanities depot REBILLED for an item I cancelled. I have had to protest the bill twice with my credit card provider. As of today, May 23, 2022, the charge for a product I cancelled remains pending on my account. Decor Brothers billed me only after ordering an identical item which shipped within a few weeks.”

“Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a hold of someone through email and phone, and no one has reached out or acknowledged my emails. I ordered a 82" double vanity set, and they only delivered one. My bathroom renovation started, and I still have not been able to get the missing part of my order. I am $3,000 down and with half of a vanity. I do not recommend using them due to the horrible customer service. Order #14410. I reached out to the carrier, and they said I need to contact Vanities Depot, but Vanities Depot is not responding.”

“They are totally awesome. One of our parts was damaged by a contractor and even though not their fault, replaced it free if charge! The vanities we got from them arrived quickly and packed perfectly. They are also beautiful!”
