“The customer service agent was very helpful when I placed my order over the phone. The vanity arrived very well wrapped with packing wrap and styrofoam and in a protective box as well as on a pallet. Needless to say there was not a scratch or dent anywhere!! I am so happy!!!!!”

“Very unhappy. My two (expensive) vanities were delivered one on top of the other. There is no way at the moment to get the 200 lb box off the top. Vanities Depot blamed shipping company and shipping company said it was delivered to them that way. FRUSTRATED!”

“Got no problem with Vanities depot. We ordered during the pandemic and chose to wait to get what we wanted. Here in Cottonwood, things don't happen to quickly, for example, we ask a tile company for a quote on the new bath conversion and were given a quote date 1 month later. The people who are going to do the job scheduled us for 9 weeks after we made our deposit. Out of 3 people ask to bid on this project the first time around, 2 showed up but only 1 submitted a bid.”

“I have been waiting for customer service to call me back to resolve the issue with the broken legs on the vanity. I have called every day. They say they are waiting for the manager to give them an answer. I ordered another vanity for my other bathroom and I’m sorry that I ordered it from this company. Mayb this review will get someone to call me back!!!!”

“They sell quality products extremely well made. Some of my order arrived damaged from shipping but after tell Cedrick from customer service a new item was shipped right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vanity.”

“I received my vanity with all packaging in perfect condition but when I removed the foam surrounding it it had a split in the wood. I was able to wood glue back together. Not sure why it did that other then maybe wood dried out to fast in production or shipping.”
