“We couldn't be more pleased with the vanity and mirror that we purchased! There were a couple of issues in the beginning but Neiman Williams was able to help us work them out and in fact suggested going with a smaller mirror that worked out perfectly! Delivery was seamless in fact 1 hr after receiving notification of shipment from Texas, I received a call to schedule the delivery at my home in New York for 2 days later. Would definitely order again the next time I re-do a bathroom!”

“Great product at a great price - our plumber was very complimentary and surprised by the quality and price. Vanities Depot was great - perfectly packaged and exactly what we expected. They're not as communicative regarding shipping and delivery (the tracking info didn't work) but we received the vanity within a few weeks. Definitely recommended.”

“I was more than dissatisfied with customer service. My products were delayed several times, leaving me with an unfinished bathroom for several weeks. Calls and emails to customer support left me with misinformation and different feedback from each person. When the products finally arrived, one of the three pieces was damaged and I had to refuse delivery. The two items that I did receive, Bristol vanity and top, are absolutely beautiful. I love the productitself; However, customer service was the worst I've experienced.”

Hello, I'm sorry the delay caused any inconvenience. At the time of the order mentioned item had a backorder status with a waiting list of 20 days. The inventory status is displayed on the product page, but perhaps it was missed. Unfortunately, we were not able to accommodate your request for expedited shipping as the entire batch was already pre-sold. We are delighted to hear the product did not disappoint.

“Although the vanity, sink/countertop and mirror were exactly as it appeared on line, we made this purchased for a remodel of a home we were purchasing in NC. When the purchase fell through, and the va it’s was already in the home in NC (not installed), the builder had removed the items from their boxes and therefore the vanity could not be returned. We were forced to donate the items (total cost of $1350.00) for brand new, unused, uninstalled merchandise. This would prevent me from making another purchase from this company.”

Hello, I'm sorry to hear your purchase did not work out as planned. Unfortunately, no freight company will accept a shipment without a box. An alternative would be to use a moving company, but the shipping rate would nearly match the cost of the vanity.

“The Brittany Cottage White Vanity, I am so pleased to say, looks exactly as it was advertised. The solid wood construction is beautiful, the silent close doors and drawers are wonderful. The vanity top is gorgeous! My bathroom is finished and I am very happy with it. Thank you Vanities Depot, I would recommend your company to anyone doing a bathroom remodel.”

“I am very impressed with the professionalism and the dedication of the customer service. I am always skeptical with online companies, but Vanities Depot is a reliable company with the desire of satisfying their customers. I had an issue with my delivery and they fix it right away. “The representatives at Vantities Depot are helpfull and knowledgeable of the vantities they sell. I had no problems with shipping and condition of vantities and mirrors that were shipped to my house. This was my first experience with buying vantities online instead of a big-box store, I would definitely use again.”

“We were excited to find a distributor of high end vanities and decided to purchase a James Martin vanity ahead of time before we started our remodel project. We have just finished the demo phase and are now getting ready to install the backer board for the tile. The vanity delivered as scheduled in great condition and meet our expectations for style and quality. When we finish this project we will start our second bath remodel and plan to purchase another vanity from Vanities Depot.”
