“Delivery was set up during a snowstorm week with no notification to me up until 20 minutes before delivery. Tried calling vanity depot and emailed them and got no response. Delivery truck ended up getting stuck and I had to personally shovel him out. I live on a hill and my driveway is sloped, Making it extremely difficult to bring up a complete vanity set when there’s snow and ice outside. Not happy haven’t even been able to check the boxes for damage. Never again will order from you”

“I love the Vanity...ordering was easy and delivery service was fantastic. However, you provide different edge configurations for the countertops, and I included in the notes the configuration I wanted. It did not come with that edge. Still it's the perfect vanity and I love it. Would have looked just a bit greater with the edge we wanted. Maybe upgrade your website order format to include the edge requested.”

“Overall we are very happy with the vanity. There was a damaged hing upon arrival, but it was quickly replaced. My only complaint and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that delivery didn’t include bringing it into the house. If this had been better communicated, we could have planned to both be home, luckily a neighbor saw and helped my husband bring it in. But if you are elderly or disabled in anyway, please be sure to check how you will get it inside your home. I guess assumed that when buying something that was $1750 and paying for a delivery fee on top of that, that the delivery would help us get it into the house. Anyway it is a beautiful statement price and the electric in the drawer is great for hiding hair dryer and cords. We opted for it without the countertop so we could have our own cut.”

“We were nervous about spending so much money on a vanity online because you can never tell how good the quality is truly going to be. So we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It was packed extremely well and showed up without a scratch on it. Everything about it is great. It was built extremely well, the hardware is terrific and it looks amazing. If I had a picture of the final product I would have uploaded one, but we are not done with our remodeling project. Great purchase!”

“As far as the information I received when I called about the vanity, that was excellent. The sales person that I spoke with was more than helpful and quite friendly. Shipping was fast. I received it several days before I actually thought I was going to. So I was very happy with that as well. Unfortunately, we have not unboxed it yet. We’ve had a little bit of a delay in the remodel of our bathroom so it is still in the box and I can’t comment on the quality of the actual vanity. If you want to send a reminder rating in a couple of weeks I will be happy to complete that once I get to inspect the vanity.”

“After at two-month delay, our vanity finally arrived. The box showed no signs of damage so we didn't immediately open the box to make sure the vanity was okay. Due to COVID-19, we had to wait several weeks before our handyman could install it. When he opened the box, he noticed the vanity was severely cracked in two places (making it unusable). When I reached out to customer service, they were not terribly friendly and said there wasn't much they could do because too much time had passed. It was very disappointing.”
