“The out of stock order became available for delivery around the expected date. There was communication that the item would available by the end of a certain week and then I didn’t receive an update. I reached out to the company and they said it was now in stock. After that, everything went smoothly.”

“I’m doing a complete remodel in my master bathroom and I’m very excited to have this vanity installed! It’s absolutely gorgeous and I have to add that it was packaged Soooooo well to be sure it wasn’t damaged in transit.”

“The vanity was shown as 36”, however is it a 33” vanity. Also, it is more distressed and lighter than pictured. Finally, the drawers do not line up and don’t close evenly. I will not use Vanity Depot again.”

“The quality of the cabinets was excellent. I was very pleased with them. However, shipping and packaging was a failure. The 5 boxes were shrink wrapped into one package weighing over 400 lbs. and was left on the sidewalk of my condominium blocking its use by other residents. Being a single women, I was unable to move the package by myself and had to call my contractor to return to move the packages for me. Had the carrier been allowed to enter my building to at least leave it in my condo would have been better for me. At no time was I told they could not enter my building until the day before delivery.”

“Vanity workmanship is excellent and design is exceptional. However final delivery was extremely worrisome. Shipped from James Martin was as expected considering vanity had to made (not in stock item). Unit shipped via Estee trucking then handed off for local home delivery. I was advised via text of the delivery date and time. Things started to go wrong when the secondary trucker insisted I was called to conform delivery ? But since I could not be contacted the shipment was being returned. After waiting weeks for this delivery? Managed to track shipment in time to be delivered. Although packed extremely well by James Martin wear and tare on the packing on pallet showed. Fortunately no damage. Considering my response with vanity depot on my delivery issued I would not consider recommending them”

“Sink top came broken - may have been the delivery. Did not open until a few weeks later to find it broken and had to pay for a new one. New sink top came broken again. This time I opened right away and now waiting for 3rd sink top that happens to now be on backorder. If delivery is what broke it, then it needs to be packaged with more protection.”

“I ordered two vanities and two vanity tops with bowls. Pictures attached. Excellent packing and timely delivery. Excellent quality. My GC who's done this work 30 years was extremely impressed. One flaw: I wish you offered side and back splashes in your countertop material (not the wood back splash with some models). Then you'd get an A plus instead of just an A. The carrera marble goes very well everywhere, even with a carmel colored/white marble floor. White vanity with carerra marble is another no-miss, fool-proof option. Sorry about my daughter's stuff all over! Hope the pictures help someone else contemplating spending $$$.”

“Costed me $260 to return 2 mirrors as per them. Wouldn’t help with a damaged vanity because it was 5 days after delivery. It was placed on the pallet wrong and caused the vanity to shift and become damaged.”

“Great products and great service. Purchased a James Martin vanity online. Not the normal way I would shop but I live rural. First vanity received damage during shipping. Quick call to customer service and a replacement was on site in less than a week! I would recommend and will do business with them again.”
