“I am very impressed by Vanities Depot. This is the 3rd vanity I have ordered from them and I have one more to go. Though my last purchase was backorder and arrived damaged, they were very quick to send out a replacement base. I did my research and realized that they have the best quality for the best price and I have fallen in love with their exclusive Artic Fall solid surface top. I am very pleased with James Martin vanities and have recommended Vanities Depot to others.”

“I'm not happy currently with the vanity due to the way it was delivered to us. I've been waiting on a returned call from R&L the delivery company and no one has called. We have not unboxed the vanity as of yet to see the condition it is in. However, the vanity was delivered to us on a busted pallet and the vanity is leaning on the pallet on its side.”

“Was so stoked about receiving the vanity for our remodel. Granted I had to wait longer because it was out of stock, but worth it. So worth it I ordered a second one for the other bathroom. Well built, slow-close drawers, removable toothpaste holders so you can wash them! Beautiful piece, very happy customer.”

“Vanities Depot was amazing to deal with on my vanity purchase! They had the lowest price I could find on the Internet, and they communicated clearly and often on the status of my order. Unfortunately, my vanity top was damaged in shipment (not Vanities Depot’s fault), and when I called to report this problem, the person I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. He asked me to send him photos of the damage (which I promptly did). After reviewing the photos, he offered to ship me a replacement vanity top immediately. This is the way customer service is supposed to work, but it’s pretty rare these days! Kudo’s to Vanities Depot for solving this problem so quickly and fairly!”

“I purchased a beautiful 30" vanity from Vanities Depot. It was shipped to my house in NY within about 2 weeks through a private trucking company. The vanity was extremely well packed and packaged and it arrived in pristine condition. I spoke to customer service three times through the process and each time they were extremely courteous and helpful. I found their prices to be competitive and saved money by using a coupon code. I highly recommend Vanities Depot.”

“The vanity is absolutely beautiful and made of solid wood,. The finish is high quality, and the matching mirror, countertop, and sink are exactly what we were looking for. However, the way that a company deals with a problem says a lot more about them. When our first vanity was delivered, it was badly damaged. It was broken in 15+ places Most likely due to being dropped by the carrier. I emailed immediately and sent pictures of the damage to the customer service department. I was provided with information about a replacement right away, and my replacement was shipped out very quickly. Perfect customer service experience! This was my first experience with Vanities Depot, but it will not be my last!”

“Haven't completely opened the vanity as it is safe in my garage (until remodeling) but I did notice how well packed it is. The mirror is beautiful and also well packed. All the boxes were secure and taped on one pallet. Delivery was quick and well communicated. Well done!”

“The canceled vanity caused us a huge problem. As a business we will not order from you again. They didn’t help us get a replacement nor offer any help accept to give our money back. Terrible business that just doesn’t care about small business people.”

“I had a great experience. One of the vanity I ordered had a defect . Your customer service agent Miles called me with instruction as to what to do and the replacement vanity arrived a week later. I thank you for your quick response. My bathroom projects is now completed and my vanities look wonderful. I will definitely tell my friends and family to check out your site.”

“I ordered two expensive vanities from your company. The order said in stock for both of them and then after purchase one was backordered and I not received yet. The white lacquer vanity came with paint chopping off bottom leg that I noticed last week when I was able to travel to AZ due to Covid. I have never had a first class company not stand by their delivery. I have another order and will cancel it and also talk to American Express about opening an investigation.”

“Delivery was set up during a snowstorm week with no notification to me up until 20 minutes before delivery. Tried calling vanity depot and emailed them and got no response. Delivery truck ended up getting stuck and I had to personally shovel him out. I live on a hill and my driveway is sloped, Making it extremely difficult to bring up a complete vanity set when there’s snow and ice outside. Not happy haven’t even been able to check the boxes for damage. Never again will order from you”
