“Vinyl was properly packaged and even though USPS caused a lot of damage, the vinyl and sleeve were in pristine condition. Throughout the entire process Collide was professional and looking to help if anything came up.”

“I was having trouble finding an album of a lesser-known musician, so I was thrilled when I saw that Collide had it. The price was great (about half what I would've paid elsewhere), and I appreciated that I could get priority shipping for just a couple dollars more than regular shipping. The CDs arrived on schedule and I love the album, no problems with anything. Collide even went the extra mile with customer service & sent a personal thank-you email & offer to answer any questions I might have.”

“Have ordered from Collide a couple of times. The selection they curate is similar to my musical preferences, but more importantly, they are quick to ship out orders. This last order shipped within minutes and I received it the following day! Will continue to order from Collide as I increase my vinyl collection and new albums pop up that catch my eye.”
