“I was really excited to find this album since it’s becoming hard to find and probably won’t be reissued. The entire experience with Collide Records was 5 stars, from the email communications to the shipping and packaging and the handwritten thank you note. I will definitely try to use them again.”

“So very pleased with my 1st Collide order! I purchased vinyls from Wilder Woods, Switchfoot and Needtobreathe; CD's from Social Club Misfits and Judah and the Lion. Everything was shipped so well compared to other stores... first time in a long time that I've ever been able to order online and have no damage to the sleeves or cases. Also, Greg followed up with an email and hand-written note, old school customer service much appreciated!”

“I recieved exceptional service from Collide Records. I recieved a personal thank you email after placing my order, I recieved my order in excellent time (sooner than expected) and had a have written thank you note on the packing order. Not only that, but every step of the way contact information has been easily available, so if I were to have any issues, I know exactly how to do so. I'm really impressed. I play in a band myself, and this is exactly the kind of service I would want representing my music. Keep up the great work Collide Records!”

“I had a great experience with my purchase from the distro - the records arrived very quickly and were safely package, and Greg's customer service is excellent. I rarely have folks reach out via e-mail to make sure everything with my order was good, and he also included a hand-written thank you note in the package. Top notch service!”
