“I had originally ordered this from Collide Records through Amazon. Big mistake. They make LP boxes, but decided to ship it in a big empty cardboard box, damaging a not so easy to find record. Returned it, but I wasn't going though Amazon again. I called Collide Records directly and they were awesome. Confirmed they had another copy and would get it to me in good shape. It came shipped with care and a personal note from the gentleman I spoke with. Collide records, do you want a lifelong customer? Because that's how you get a lifelong customer. 10/10 experience.”

“Greg is amazing! I called to check stock before I ordered and he was very helpful. He found the record I was looking for and let me know it would get shipped that same day. The record was on my doorstep in 3 days. I ordered another album a couple weeks later and it to showed up in just a few days as well. Collide is a great store and I'll definitely be using them again for all my record purchases.”

“It was my first time buying from Collide, never heard of them, but decided to try them out. My experience was great, with quick and outstanding service! I usually order my music from Amazon, but their packaging is trash and they always manage to break the case, once they broke the CD! But I love the way that Collide packages their products, and cares about their customers. I will be doing business with Collide in the future! Thank you guys soooo much!”

“Product was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. I ordered from several suppliers concurrently and Collide arrived first, in one instance a week earlier versus another supplier. The packaging was very good. Specialized LP box provided excellent protection and was carefully wrapped. I highly recommend Collide to anyone who wants top-of-the-line customer service.”

“This was a gift for a relative. My previous order (from another vendor) was on backorder for weeks and then the order was canceled for no reason. I found Collide and ordered from you. The price was a bit higher but it was worth it. The order arrived quickly (even before it was scheduled to arrive). My relative loves it and will be ordering from Collide in the future.
