“We purchased a sofa and armchair delivered in December 2021, our son purchased a further chair for us. The armchairs have only been used for the past 12 months, the sofa remains hardly used. The seat cushions are terrible, when I contacted Collin & Hayes I was informed the seating is only guaranteed for 12 months which is how long they have lasted. Given our furniture cost almost £6000 (and that's at a reduced price!) was it worth it? never. I could buy a suite from a second hand shop much older than our suite with cushions hardly worn. Buy British, in this instance I wouldn't bother.”
“Bought a 2 seater loose cover sofa previously and it has washed well. Bought a large chair same model last yr. The cover, Bliss, fabric has shrunk, it is now approx 2” shorter than the actual chair. Disappointed”
