All envelopes are sourced from FSC approved sustainable forestry and where possible, manufactured within the UK. “Disappointed to see that the envelopes were 13p on website but I was charged 14p per envelope on my invoice. Also disappointed that I ordered 25 envelopes but only received 24. It's a cost not worth following up but I won't be a returning customer. It's a shame because they are good envelopes and beautiful colours.”

Thank you for your reply. We have checked your order and can see you were charged the correct amount of 13p per envelope. The total invoice value was also correct, but it may have been the tax breakdown calculation that has confused you. We will always be happy to explain in more detail but rest assured, we are always available to assist with any queries like this anytime via email, livechat or telephone. We see you also took advantage of our unique feature where you can order as little as a single envelope in any size or colour, and chose 25 different beautiful colours. This order would have been individually checked, especially as it was 25 different individual envelopes, but again, always happy to assist and put right any issue you feel wasn't correct with your order. As a small family business, we always want our customers to be 100% happy with everything they buy from us, so please do get back in touch.

“IThey were really efficient and delivered my envelopes in perfect condition. The envelopes are a decent quality too. They are not see through like ones I have purchased from other suppliers. Also not to to mention these are great value. Will be buying these again.”

“For a start the envelopes I ordered were perfect for my needs, but also represented amazing value for money when compared with some others I sampled through competitor websites. Just as noteworthy was the trouble taken to check that the envelopes I wanted (3 different sizes) all matched. I knew there had just been a delivery of new stock so queried did old and new differ. Time was taken to go and personally check in the warehouse. Unbeatable customer service experience. Well done.”
