We hold over 1.5 million coloured envelopes and over 6,000 craft items in stock at all times from our UK warehouse in Sussex. All envelopes are sourced from FSC approved sustainable forestry and where possible, manufactured within the UK. “The quality of the products and the speed of delivery are very good. The website isn't as good - areas of it are out of date and frustratingly products on the website and provided as samples were unavailable and not scheduled to be replaced when I came to order.”

We endeavour to keep all products in stock, and with over 2,000,000 envelopes across 96 colours available. Due to circumstances out of our control, and as a direct result of UK paper mills either ceasing trading due to COVID or foreign mills stopping production into the UK after Brexit, we do from time to time at the moment have to source new suppliers for a very small select number of colours, but this a is rare occurrence, and is indicated clearly on the website. All our stock is live linked to our warehouse, so cannot be inaccurate or out of date by nature of the automated system in place. I can see from your order that you were delighted with the purchase of the Lime Green and Sunflower Yellow envelopes and that both of these were from the sample set of 8 (from the 96 colours) that you requested, all of which were available at the time of order in your chosen colours and sizes apart from 1 which was very recently discontinued by the manufacturer in that size, and indicated as such on the website.

“The speed of the delivery was incredible, really good! Just felt the delivery was a bit expensive, and not having an option to ask for some samples is not ideal - the envelopes are really cheap so it's fine to just order and check, but maybe you could add a sample service for people to understand the different gsm, or the different colour variations maybe..”
