“So very happy with the covers made for me by Comfort Works. Had a number of questions concerning measurements but Lisa talked me through the whole process with a great deal of kindness and patience and understanding. She was a true pleasure to work with. Had 2 chairs - ( one IKEA and one Pottery Barn basic) one ottoman (PB) and two covers for seat cushions made. The workmanship is excellent and so is the fit for each item. And I was amazed at how quickly they were finished and delivered to me! I am thrilled with my new -old- furniture. And cannot thank Comfort Works and praise them enough for such excellent service and amazing workmanship.”

“We do not recommend purchasing covers from this company if you have an IKEA sectional piece. It was a really difficult process and the product was unusable in the end. If you still want to proceed with this company, make sure that the product that they send you has slits/holes for the hooks and bolts in the frame that connect the pieces. Also, make sure the armrests are appropriately added to the right parts of the covers. We received a replacement set because there were errors in the first set and the second set still had errors. Also, the signature fit basically is loose hanging fabric, nothing is weighing the fabric down so it easily gets caught on the velcro that's attached underneath the frame (because IKEAs covers uses velcro)).”

Hi Ang! So sorry that the second set didn't work out! Pretty unfortunate that due to the unique dimension of your KIVIK sectional sofa, we had to get the parts made-to-measure but didn't account for the sides of the sofa where they need to attach via the bolts. This is our bad and our customer support agent will help you with the next steps. “Received ahead of schedule and packed nicely so arrived in good condition. Fit perfectly so that the few wrinkles were smoothed out in the lovely soft velvet. Better quality zippers and stitching than the original covers. Thanks to these covers we'll get a few more years out of our 23 year-old warhorse IKEA Nikkala sofa...looks good as new!”

Hi Gill! We totally agree! We've gotten pretty tired with the original covers ourselves that we decided enough's enough and used better quality haberdashery and sewing methods for our covers. Pair that with one of our tougher claw-resistant fabrics and you've got a winning combo! “We ordered the dark blue velvet chair cover to match our sofa cover we had purchased about 4 years ago. These are IKEA sofa and chair that now look so elegant in their Comfort Works velvet slip covers. For winter we decided to go jewel tones and this dark blue is just perfect. The fabric is so soft and durable at the same time. We love the look and the feel. We are in Maryland, USA and received our chair slip cover in less than 2 weeks. Thanks Comfort Works!! “I received my slip cover today. I'm blown away at the accuracy. I was very skeptical and took a leap of faith. My couch is from Arhaus and the slip covers wore over time and they no longer make the sofa so they couldn't make the slipcovers. It's a different kind of shape so I was nervous and wondered how it would come out. The slipcover fits perfect. it was like the had my couch in person to make the cover. It's absolutely amazing. It took a little longer than expected, but everytime I emailed to ask progress, I recieved a response providing me with an update. They were professional and understanding and seemed to genuinely care about my order.”

“Received excellent service from this company. When the first slipcover didn't fit, they communicated promptly with us. In a timely fashion the second slipcover came, fut like a glove. There was no extra cost to us and my sofa looks brand new. The craftsmanship is excellent and the fabric is decadent. This slipcover was well worth the price and I will be ordering from them again. Thankyou very much to the co.fort works team.”

“A happy customer I ordered a slipcover for my Pottery Barn sofa from Comfort Works after looking over their beautiful, easy-to-use website and ordering some swatch samples. The 60-day satisfaction guarantee also got my attention as it’s a bit scary to order a slipcover online and from a company overseas. I’m so glad I did! The slipcover I ordered turned out beautifully. I am completely satisfied with how it turned out. The quality craftsmanship, fabric, color and fit are all amazing (looks like strong stitching and zippers). It fit perfectly and looks so well-made. The eight free swatches I’d ordered came quickly even though I am on the other side of the world, but I thought the slipcover got to me in record time! It was at my doorstep in one week from when I ordered it which blew me away. Before ordering, they were kind and quick in answering my questions about how it would be delivered. I would love to order another one after we’ve enjoyed this one for a while. I appreciate so much that there was for me an affordable option and I did not have to sacrifice quality or work with a company with sketchy customer service. I got personal emails from a real person answering questions and providing updates. I 100% recommend Comfort Works if you are in the market for a new slipcover. I ordered the silver sage in cotton canvas for a PB Pearce Grand Roll Arm. (photos may look a little wrinkly because this was it right out of the box placed on my couch!)”

“I loved everything about this experience working with Comfort Works to get a replacement cover for a 7-year-old Crate & Barrell sofa. We were literally about to throw it out when we came up with the idea of recovering it. A five-minute google search later, and we were checking out fabrics on Comfort Works for our exact sofa model. We went from idea to order in about 30 minutes. Even better, the covers came about 5 days later, way ahead of schedule. Putting them on was a cinch, and they look great. Couch, which we loved because it was so comfortable, now looks brand new. Absolutely love it. Brilliant work. If you own a ratty couch that you love, check out Comfort Works to see if they can recover it. I loved my experience.”
