“"Everyday Tweed" fabric is poor quality. The fabric does not wear well and the fibers become matted. This was a replacement for a Pottery Barn slipcover. The Comfort Works replacement looks cheap. You get what you pay for in this case.”

We are sorry that our product didn’t quite match your expectations.You can be sure that our ‘Everyday Tweed’ fabric is durable and suitable for the everyday home. However, it can still be vulnerable to different factors that are out of our control. That being said, we would like to investigate your feedback further. “I am really happy with my Comfort Works experience. The original samples I ordered arrived promptly and greatly helped in our selection. My IKEA sofa covers arrived promptly and very well packaged. Putting them on was so simple thanks to the handy tags on each element which identify where they go. The colour is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Our sofa looks both brand new and unique!”

“Tres satisfait avec nôtre deuxième housse pour des canapés lits IKEA. (Nous avons 2 canapés lits qui sont pas jeunes). Tissues excellent, taille tres bien, couleur comme le photo. Je recommande c’est petite entreprise fortement”

“Stunning sofa covers. Ordered for a West Elm Urban sofa in the Teal Performance Weave fabric. The fit is perfect with tight corners and no puckering of fabric. Was as though my entire sofa was reupholstered in less than an hour. Easy to install but had to watch video to learn how to position on the arm corners as the fit is customized and tight. So good, my neighbor ordered the same color and fabric for hers. The quality of fabric and workmanship is outstanding. From production through receiving, the process took 8 total days. That was lightning fast, especially when delivering to the USA. Needless to say, I am beyond pleased with this company. Customer service also excellent and responsive. Photo below (please excuse the wall colors as this is a remodel in progress). Will order more as my project progresses”

“Das Material ist sehr gut und angenehm, auch optisch gefallen uns die Sofas jetzt wieder sehr gut. Mit der Passform hatten wir allerdings Probleme, vor allem im unteren Bereich der Rückenlehnen, daher war das Anpassen etwas schwierig, zumal wir hier ein Klettband vermissen, das hatten wir an den Vorgängerbezügen und war einfacher zu fixieren. Dafür hätten wir gerne auch etwas mehr bezahlt!”

“En primer lugar resaltar la rapidez en el envío, creo que una semana. En segundo lugar la posibilidad de pedir muestras de tela para no equivocarte y, por último y lo más importante, la perfección de la funda que, incluso, mejora a la original de Ikea que llevaba las fundas de los brazos aparte y para lavarlas había que desmontarlo. En definitiva un 10!!!”

“I could not be happier! It looks SO good, and the brushed cotton is so soft and comfortable. Comfort Works helped me transform a very well-made, but very old (and quite ugly and torn couch!) into a whole new piece of furniture for our home. I know this was no easy task, as the couch required so much custom measuring and adapting on the part of your sewers. I am so grateful for all the extra work and correspondence time you and your colleagues contributed to this custom cover. I will certainly recommend Comfort Works to others.”
