“Claw proof velvet cover for a IKEA Stockholm couch delivered to Canada. Comfort Works communication about a delay was excellent. Looks great, cover is really well made and worked with the existing Velcro around the couch bottom.”

“While it took much longer to receive than 8 weeks (I ordered the cover in June and received it in September), I could not be more pleased with the finished product. The fabric is a claw-free velvet, and I ordered fabric swatches in advance, so the fabric was just as promised. The cover fits beautifully and I can't wait to continue using my chair and ottoman. The covers were well worth the wait.”

“My custom cover for my Ikea sofa arrived as promised, and fits like a dream. My only beef (and it's a big one) is that the fabric is not velvet. I had dreams of a beautiful rich green velvet, and it was called velvet, but this is actually some sort of felt-like microfiber. But...the price was good, and the quality of the sewing is great. It fits better than the original Ikea cover.”

Hey Adrienne! Such a bummer to hear that our Velvet Emerald did not live up to your expectations. We do categorize it as velvet due to its shine finish and the appropriate velvet nap to the touch. We do strongly urge all our customers to get some samples before deciding the fabric so they can get a sense of what they would be getting at the end of the day. “Great covers which make my sofa bed and chair match. I wanted washable covers for ease of use with my dog. Haven’t washed them yet but fabric lovely and they are well made. They arrived on time, clean and folded in a lovely bag and I will be ordering more covers for other chairs. The photos shown are straight out the box before giving them a little steam to take out creases from packing.”

Hey there! Sorry to hear about these fit issues - could you kindly send over 3 wide photos (front, side back of sofa) with the slipcovers over your sofa so we can visually get onto the same page as to what may have happened? From there we'll work out the best ways to resolve these issues, either via a repair credit or replacement covers. Hope to hear from you soon!
