“Great choice of fabrics and absolutely fantastic customer service. From answering questions before placing an order, through to changes to the delivery address they were prompt, patient and polite. A few hiccups at delivery but Felicity from Comfortworks quickly sorted everything out. Great product!”

“I ordered my sofa covers from Comfort Works approximately 3 weeks ago. I expected manufacturing and delivery to take a couple of months, but the covers arrived two days ago - and without any import issues! I cannot praise this company enough. The covers are beautiful, they fit perfect, and they have turned my 16 year old sofa into a brand new contemporary sofa. I love them! I cannot recommend Comfort Works enough!”

Overall a very pleasant transaction from start to finish with great customer service communication. We LOVE our new slipcover for the Stocksund sofa with Luna flax. Such a classic linen blend that matches all types of decor. Thank you so much for the prompt delivery and great quality product!!! We are thrilled!!”

“Ordered green velvet covers for my old Ikea sofa and footstool. They have given the furniture a new lease of life! They look very chic. The service was also good, keeping me informed of delivery time and date. Plus it all came nicely packaged. I would definitely recommend people to this service.”

“The quality is excellent and the colour is exactly as pictured on the website. Honestly the best part is the customer experience... Every message that I sent was answered within a short delay which made the ordering process was super easy! The cover even arrived beautifully packaged with a personalize note as well. The only downfall is that as a Canadian paying in US dollars is quite costly. A $500 US order was close to $700 CAD plus a $53 customs charge. That’s the only negative issue but it’s to be expected when living in Canada. Would highly recommend Comfort Works to give any couch a new makeover!”

“Comfort Works did a great job in creating arm rest covers for my Pottery Barn sofa. The arms were wearing out too fast, and these totally solve my problem. They were easy to communicate with, reasonably priced, and did everything they said they would. I highly recommend!”

“I'm utterly thrilled with the sofa slipcover I got from Comfort Works. My old Hagalund sofa from Ikea got the new life, it has never looked so smart! The new slipcover actually fits better than the original one :) Also the service from Comfort Works has been simply excellent - from the moment I placed my order to the moment I received it I was receiving emails from them informing me about the progress of the order. When the cover arrived - and it happened much quicker than I expected - it was beautifully packed and looked like a Christmas gift :) And there was a wonderful, personal card attached to it, such a nice gesture! I'm so happy that now I think about updating my armchairs too and I will not even think about doing it anywhere else!”

“I bought an older IKEA chair off an ad on Craigslist. It was in great shape structurally. The cover... had seen better days and was not a flattering pattern to start with. I ordered some fabric samples and chose one that I could tell would flatter my paint color on my wall and complement the colors in my rug. I ordered a replacement cover from Comfort Works. I was shocked not only at how quickly it came, but how much communication I received throughout the entire process. And when the cover arrived, it was beautifully packaged. I put it on right away and am thrilled with the quality of the product I received for the value. A perfect fit, beautiful seams and quality zippers. This chair is no longer an eyesore. I actually love looking at it! P.S. This is my 2nd chair cover from this company. I'm hooked!”
