“A couch I got from my family was in desperate need for a new slip cover. I contacted Comfort Works and ordered a cover for my Pottery Barn couch. However when it arrived it did not fit my couch. The couch was old and designs change. I reconnected with Comfort Works and they were wonderful. They gave me instructions on how to properly measure my couch, including videos. I measured and sent them the new measurements. They sent me a new cover which fits beautifully. They were patient, responsive, nice, and now my couch looks like new. My advice is to ask them to send you the measurement chart. I would use them again.”

“I was very pleased with my sofa covers! The actually fit better than the original Pottery Barn covers, and at half the price! All my emails were responded to timely and my order was even expedited to arrive before my Thanksgiving guest! Couldn’t be happy! Thanks Ladies!”

“I had 2 custom covers made for my IKEA couch and chair. They arrived faster than I expected and the quality was way beyond what I expected! These covers are so well made and the attention to detail is amazing! I worked closely with the staff at Comfort Works and they were so easy to communicate with despite the large time difference. I would recommend Comfort Works over and over again.”

“incredibly personal and helpful experience with Comfort Works from start to finish in the process - we wanted a certain fabric that was out of stock, and when we asked in their online chat, they not only gave us an estimated date it'd be back in stock, but emailed a few days before that date to let us know it was back in stock! updates to our order were just right - not too many, not too few - and installing the sofa cover (we purchased a snug fit for the IKEA Manstad) was simple and fast. HIGHLY recommend Comfort Works and the exceptional level of service and care they provide for their customers!”

“This company is amazing. From beginning to end, the customer service and support was top notch. I received my PB sectional slip covers with a custom wedge cushion and it was better then expected. The quality of the fabric, the sturdiness of the zippers outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Incredible quality! They arrived so fast, are super soft but sturdy and wash up so well. I got the Madison cover in blue for my IKEA Farlov sofa and I love it. I definitely plan on purchasing another more neutral cover as well. Love!”
