“I’m having a terrible time trying to contact Comfort Works for the wrong product color. Every time I try to text it bounces back. I tried calling the number provided I can’t get an answer Please share how to contact this company I am in Massachusetts US”

Hey Diane, I believe one of our representatives managed to get in touch with you over the weekend, which is when we typically don't work on. I understand that one of the items was wrongly ordered unfortunately, and you'd like to get the correct item in Shire Sand (not Nomad Sand). On our side, it actually doesn't make sense for you to even return the product so what we can do is charge a token price for the footstool cover (in Shire Sand) instead. I'll have Omar contact you directly to work this out with you. Speak soon! Chuck

“Hi, just received my parcel and am quite happy with the result. The work was perfectly according to measure and the covers on my sofa and chairs do not seem at all like a loose cover. Just a small piece of advice if I can. Since the fit was perfect having a small zip on the corner back where it is not visible at all would have helped putting it on. It also worries me that when I need to wash the covers I will have even more problems putting them back on. On the ottoman you forgot to leave the second part of the velcro but that is not a problem at all ecause I can buy some and compete the fitting.”

“Very good service. All queries were answered promptly. Sofa covers arrived quickly and the fit and quality are excellent. My only slight negative is that the blue colour I selected has come up a bit darker than the swatch I was sent but I guess this is to do with dye lots. But overall very good value for money.”

“I am so happy with the Kino denim ikea karlanda sectional cover! Nothing stains it. The cat can’t rip it and it is easy to brush crumbs and cat hair off. I am going to buy another cover for another sofa.”

“The cover is well made and easy to put on the sofa, but the "extra durable" material is not even as thick as the original IKEA coverings - which is a bit of a disappointment.”
