“We LOVE our new slipcovers! The fit is perfect. The fabric is beautiful. Sulaica and everyone at Comfort Works are so great to work with. Sulaica was so patient with me, because the measurements of our sofa were not typical. Once she received the measurements, the slipcovers were made quickly, and delivery was speedy, as well. Sulaica is wonderful! Comfort Works has the BEST customer service. You will not be disappointed. Thanks! Lenore Field”

“It's just ok. I think for other sofa styles these are probably great, but not for midcentury style structured sofa like mine (C&B Petrie) It is kind of clunky and ill fitting. There's huge piping on the arms (I did not know it would be there). Shipping was quick and the fabric is fine, but it still looks like an ill fitting sofa cover for a lot of $$$.”

“These covers are perfect! Even better than I imagined. I got the Eco Basketweave in Oatmeal with additional piping. The fabric is heavy and makes my old couch feel altogether sturdier. It's a really strong snug fit, so there's nothing baggy about them. The color is great too. Seems like Comfort Works has a limited selection of heavy fabrics that are neutral with warm undertones. I'm picky, and was looking for a cozy/earthy color, and this one does the trick. My clawed cat has also tried to make his mark on it, but so far it hasn't really shown any evidence of his shenanigans. I still might try to add some of that anti-scratch tape to his target spot to keep it protected. And finally, I actually ended up needing a lot of customer service help because my order was misdelivered by the delivery service. Our rep Lisa went above and beyond, sorted it out with kindness and patience, and we really appreciate it!”

“Order placed on Feb. 08, sent on Feb. 12, delivered in France on Feb.17...what else ? The slipcovers fit perfectly my old Sofa forms, the fabrics are of good quality, the sewing work is well done and prices are correct. More over, the Comfort Works team make sure to inform you at each stage of the order. Very good customer experience !”

We are sorry that our product didn’t quite match your expectations.You can be sure that our claw-proof fabric is durable and scratch-resistant. However, it can still be vulnerable to aggressive scratching and biting from extremely sharp claws and strong teeth. That being said, we would like to investigate your feedback further. Could I kindly get a photo of the affected small cushion?
