“I am so pleased with the slipcover Comfort Works made for my Rowe sofa. It fits perfectly and the turnaround time was fast. The way it was packaged showed a lot of pride in their product. Please don’t hesitate to order from them!”

“I love my new slipcover. It fits perfectly and looks like I have a new sofa. The slipcover arrived ahead of schedule and the entire process was easy. When I did have questions their customer service team provided excellent responses in a timely manner which helped me with my purchase.”

“Nobody is paying me to leave this review, but I must say that I have purchased an Ektorp sofa bed cover and cannot be happier than what I am right now. This company makes much better covers than Ikea's originals. They even leave a bit of extra fabric, so I won't be worry of shrinkage when laundry time comes. It is extremely easy to install. Right out of the box, you can tell how careful they develop their products, the bag that they put the cover in, it is a wonderful detail and speaks a lot about the company. I would buy from them again, but I am "afraid" that my cover is going to last a long time :)”

“I have long wanted to replace my dark grey couch with something lighter and brighter. Though custom covers at Comfort Works are not cheap, I got quotes from local upholstery shops that custom make covers and Comfort Works came out to be the best priced. The whole process was great from getting swatch recommendations for fabrics opaque enough to hide the grey underneath to putting in my order to realizing I had given the wrong color name and frantically asking if they would be able to change it (Omar was very kind and patient about my error and fixed it before the order went into production). The couch cover came way faster than the estimated delivery. It fits perfectly and it looks amazing. I could not be happier.”

“Il servizio era stato ineccepibile fino alla consegna. il rivestimento della base del divano è sovradimensionato di almeno un paio di centrimetri su ciascun lato. fortunatamente si tratta di una base stretta e non particolarmente visibile, ma il difetto è evidente. Sarebbe anche stato accettabile se, quantomeno, l'azienda dopo essere stata contattata in merito si fosse preoccupata di fornire, almeno, una giustuficazione o un benefit di scuse. Invece: silenzio assoluto. Nessuna risposta alla e-mail inviata con allegate le foto per la segnalazione della difformità. Peccato perchè per tutto il resto mi erano sembrati efficienti e attenti al cliente.”

“Housses de canapés parfaitement conforment à la commande, belle coupe et beau tissu. Travail sérieux. Il manque peut-être juste les lanières qui permettent de maintenir la housse en fond d'assise (canapé Ikea klipan).”

“The couch covers are stunning and fit perfectly ! It makes our 5 year old ikea couch look brand new and like we spent a fortune but instead we saved a fortune and weren’t wasteful which is such a win! I will definitely buy more covers in the future I am so impressed! We got the velvet rose and it is stunning ! We are delighted !”

“This is what our “new” sofa cover looks like after only a couple of days’ use. This was supposed to fit the Hagalund IKEA sofa bed , but the fitting is clearly too loose, the fabric is thin and stretchy and it is definitely not worth the price I paid for it. Customer service were very unhelpful, asking me to do all sorts of things e.g. taking pictures of the sofa with and without the cover from all angles (?), washing the cover and let it drip dry (during the winter in England?). Overall a very frustrating and disappointing experience.”

“Delivered as promised. Looks great! High quality and love that it is giving our couch a new life. Yay for not throwing things out but rather repairing and reimagining. Your company offers a bomb ass product. Also, it was kind of nice to long for it. Things don’t need to be delivered over night. Well done.”

“Better than I ever expected! The covers are exactly as posted on their website. I paid extra to have it come earlier and not only did it come early but it came earlier than they had anticipated. My sofa looks brand new - YEAH!”

“Comfort Works is absolutely the best company to deal with! They are very professional and communication couldn't be better. They consistently insured all measurements were accurate with additional photos and timely emails. The final product is amazing and they couldn't have done a better job. We were so happy with our couch cover that we recently had our arm chair reupholstered as well. We saved thousands of dollars going this route instead of buying new furniture. We also saved our furniture from ending up in the landfill. Now our furniture looks new and will continue to look great with slipcovers that are removable and washable. Comfort Works is highly recommended!”

“My custom order did not initially arrive as described. The production team got things a bit mixed up, but my customer contact, Melvyn, very generously offered to send a replacement until I was happy with my order. My new Solsta cover looks perfect!!!”
